As if that isn't weird enough, Lucien is also the reincarnation of an ancient demonic prince, who is currently sharing his body via possession. He later ends up further cursed with more demonic blood, altering his appearance significantly. Not long after the end events of his story, Lucien ended up on the Aurora Express, a supernatural train that traveled the universe in search of Stars to purify through the power of bonds. But something about the journey to Aurora cost Lucien his memories. He was given the name "Felix" by one of his assigned teammates and learned that his role was to help restore Stars that had been lost to an all-devouring force known as the Malice. In order to restore the Stars, he, his team and others like them had to undergo tasks that would test the strength of their bonds. During one of these tasks, his team ended up bestowed with the power to change into wolves. Another task resulted in him not only regaining the ability to recognize and communicate with his Other half (whom his team names Fatalis) but the two personalities discovered they could exchange control at will. They came to an arrangement where Felix would do his best to allow Fatalis to take control on an alternating basis. Arriving in Sidereal will restore his memories, although he will likely continue to go by Felix for a while in memory of his Aurora friends/team since he's not sure what happened to them. He presents himself as an energetic, fun-loving person who is easy to get along with and always has your back. He’s flirtatious and teasing and generally entertaining to be around. Though he doesn’t seem like the type to start a fight and will initially wave off aggressors with a placating gesture, Felix rarely backs down from one once started. He sees it as another form of adrenaline rush. He is skilled in both physical and armed combat, something he mostly taught himself. While this surface level reading of Felix isn’t really a lie, it’s also a huge front. Felix constantly yearns for validation due to his upbringing and doesn’t care whether that comes in the form of physical comfort like sex or just the knowledge that someone’s attention is entirely on him. He frequently battles bouts of self-hate (because of his demonic traits) and counters this with his danger junkie lifestyle. He often does things just to see if he can. Felix is constantly in motion, constantly talking. This makes him come across as a bit manic and possibly hyper. Related to this is his tendency to come across as idealistic and even stubbornly optimistic because he literally cannot allow himself to dwell on negative or unpleasant things. He does everything in his power to maintain some semblance of control over situations. Unfortunately, should this control start to disappear, he is completely unable to cope and trends toward violent breakdowns. His danger junkie attitude also affects his relationships since Felix doesn’t view aggression and violence as a deterrent so long as he remains in control. He will often egg people on just to see how far he can push them. This may give some the impression that he has masochistic tendencies. But Felix doesn’t actually enjoy being hurt nor is he turned on by it. He just enjoys the risk and figuring out how to navigate it. Aside from his issues, Felix is extremely loyal and will risk just about anything for the people he loves. He does his best to understand others without judgment and he doesn’t mind offering a concerned ear to anyone having problems. He also doesn’t let others influence how he views a person and prefers to make his own call. That said, if you’re a jerk to him, he has no problem with making your life difficult until he feels he’s gotten his point across. Overall, Felix is a kind-hearted person who wants to befriend others and see them happy. He just brings a lot of baggage to the table that most people never see. FATALIS Fatalis is essentially the exact opposite of Felix. His real name is Prince Tavores, though he will be going by Fatalis for similar reasons to Felix. Not that he'd ever admit to that. His kingdom was destroyed and he was transformed into a demon thousands of years prior to Felix's story. Though possessing a refined air and speaking style, his past experiences have left him quick to anger, slow to trust and extremely protective of Felix and their shared body. Violence is his solution to problems more often than not, although that is something he is gradually working on due to his time on the Aurora. His way of thinking is very old-fashioned, despite witnessing most of the world's technological marvels through Felix. He also has a keen appreciation for art and music, though he is not particularly skilled in either. He prefers quiet and things that require limited risk. He is easily offended and holds grudges for a long time. He does his best to quell this response around women out of tradition. But they are not immune from his sharp tongue. Or threats, if he's worked up enough. Despite his prickly nature, Fatalis will go out of his way for anyone who manages to earn his respect. He can be gentle and even shy, in the right circumstances. Abilities & Permissions Abilities Flight: Due to his Wings Healing Magic: Can heal others with his blood; the more dangerous the wound the more blood required Dark Magic: As the Hell Knight, Felix can produce dark magic the manifests as spears of ice. Contact with the ice feels like burning and freezing simultaneously and saps the target of their will to fight. He typically channels this magic through his sword. Wolf Transformation: Can shape-shift into a red wolf at will, including partials shifts such as ears, paws or a tail Demonic Possession: Fatalis is slightly stronger when he's in control. Sword Skills: His ruby amulet transforms into his sword. General Combat Skills: He is a magic knight so he knows how to fight and move. Hacking Skills: He's very good with computers if this ever comes up. Permissions Do not involve him in sexual trauma/non-con situations. Sensing Felix definitely pings demon. Feel free to sense two souls in one body.
